How do I wake up every early morning without alarm?

Waking up early morning does not need to be a forced action when you realise the immense intelligence of your body itself (*not mind).

Your body only tells you what to take in as a food, when to take in, how much to stretch your physical body, how much rest your mental body needs, every tiny details it tries to communicate, but it is very subtle in nature.

And we always fail to listen to them because we are already full of fake scenarios in mind which seems too much real to us, which never let us experience the subtle part of existance, which is very real and perceivable.

The day you come to a certain ease, no worries of any sort, you will be able to listen to something that you have never experienced.

Then you realise it is subtle but profound.
